OrcaCon is a privately owned home builders company focusing on the unique needs of the home and property owners market. Through innovation and excellence, the company strives to be the building contractors of choice in the residential property space.
OrcaCon is renowned for building and renovation of residential property and further specializes in construction of high quality swimming pools. Our customers also include a number of schools in the Gauteng area with which we have built a distinguished relationship over many years. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality homes, offices spaces, factories or schools and deliver a professional service.
Since the company has a philosophy of innovation, it is also embarking on new methods of construction especially in conformance of the Green building approach. OrcaCon is equipping itself for construction in the Light Steel construction industry. This method of construction is widely used in the rest of the world in Europe and the Americas as well as in Australia and New Zealand. In South Africa the concept is relatively new although it has been applied since 2006. This is a building method of the future since it saves up to 30% of construction time with much less waste. Exploring new methods of construction and new technology is at the core of our business approach and OrcaCon will continue to explore new and more effective building methodologies which we can filter down to our customers.
OrcaCon initially started as a small construction business building swimming pools and doing renovations for friends and family. Due to the quality and professionalism demonstrated by this company and word of mouth marketing, it grew to the registered construction company that it is today.
The company is still growing despite the adverse effect on the economy caused by the world-wide Covid-19 pandemic.
